The 2009 SIVC Steering Committee is lead by the Girl Scouts of Shagbark Council and Kids Hope United - Foster Grandparent Program, in cooperation with the Serve Illinois Commission. Rend Lake College is providing Continuing Education Units for the conference this year, and John A. Logan College continues to host our website.
